Aegiis Pack and Shadowbroker...new help to locate

Aegis Pack DLC - Available July 06 and Lair of the Shadowbroker not in my list to download. i have not figured out how to report this if is ths a glitch or not. i do not used the forum and other area so i am not sure what i sould do to get these two know downloads. can someone give me directions. i am totally clueless at this point.. just call me clueless...it would hurt as long as you help.

I don't think the Shadow Broker DLC is out yet. I don't know why the other one wouldn't show up in your download list.
