I was running some tests in the Toolset when I found something very interesting... I tried making a dialogue file with seven options for the player (some are mostly repeats,) but only the first six appear in-game. I've tried re-exporting, but still only six options. Does anyone else get this or know what it means?
Is there a limit to the amount of dialogue options?

It's only been a few hours, but I'm surprised no one has answered yet. Is this true or do I have a bug?

Yes, only six will show. You'll need to work around it, either by pruning your options or splitting them out between nodes (eg options 1,2,3,4 and more --> options 5, 6, 7, back)

What Mengtzu said, and even if the engine reads more than six responses, the UI would only handle six properly.

Ah. Now I understand what David Gaider (I think it was him...) meant when he said the dialogue wheel has more options vs. Origins. (6 in Origins vs 10 in Wheel) (5 normal, 5 investigatory.)
That DA2 toolset better be made a public download, I lose track after 2-3 separate lines of questioning when my options don't fit... For now I guess I'll have to cut the fat.
Thanks for the responses!
