 I think someone can help me with this. Ive just started playin NWN2, and for some odd reason every time I switch from area to area, my Energy Robe totally Vanishes. For example, I bought the robe at fort Locke, and I equipped it there. When I tried to move on to Highcliff, but when I got there the robe is totally gone, and the ability (that came with the robe) that i put in one of my quickbars is gone as well. Also, when I try to Load a file from when I had the robe on, it again is gone. is there a way to fix this? Ive tried keeping it in my inventory and THEN moving, and then it stays there, but if its equipped, it suddenly vanishes. thanks!!!

Are you wearing some item that grants a feat that allows you to wear the armor. I don't recall exactly the cause of this, but it was something along the lines of one getting some feat or attribute necessary to use an item but it vanishes during transition. So any item that needs this attribute that vanished gets wiped sorry I can't be of more help.

There used to be a bug I believe where having a bag or item in the top left box of the inventory used to make some items vanish, though sure it was patched out?? You could try leaving that slot empty and see if armour/robe keeps vanishing, are you also fully patched to 1.23?

I've always had a bag in that slot and I've never had any items disappear on me. If that bug did in fact exist, it was fixed as of the very first patch.
