I'm pretty sure the screen we've seen of Flemeth in DA2 is from when the Hawkes are fleeing Lothering, as you can see something burning up big plumes of smoke in the background. And its a nice bit of repetition that Flemeth saved your Warden at Ostagar and now saves Hawke escaping Lothering.
And you're right Lucy, if Hawke first meets Flemeth as Lothering is destroyed, that means at most the Warden has done the mage's tower quest to get Flemeth's grimoire for Morrigan. So it stands to reason that the Flemeth we're seeing early on in DA2 is still the "same" Flemeth as we saw in Origins as the Warden wouldn't have had the chance to go kill her yet.

In one of the Morrigan dialogues, she'll admit that *perhaps* Flemeth can shapeshift into a more attractive figure so men might come to her bed willingly. Sooooo...yes, I'm guessing that Flemeth has always been able to assume more than one human form, and yes, Morrigan has at least suspected as much. (Although the small size of the hut, and Morrigan's presence while her mother entertained "guests," leads me to believe that she *knows* rather than *suspects.*)

- Her shoulder pads seem to liken to morrigan's, which makes sense. Both have a wild, bestial look. Much more like her daughter now.

I agree with u. Our Hawke and his sister are rounded with fire chamber which most probably guarding them from darkspawns. and there she is, dragon shaped Flemeth saving us and then when all of darkspawns are dead returning original shape.she is stil holding a darkspawn and looking to us like "I save u, AGAIN.". This is most likely beginnig for da:2 escape from lothering.
btw, dont be mad at me but i like her
with this outfit and that unwrinkled face, sexy! 
i wonder what will she want from us?

I don't know- If I wasn't told that was Flemeth and didn't know about the whole dragon shapeshifting thing, I probably wouldn't have guessed it just by her face in that one screen. I'll wait and see how it looks up close in a better screen. I just think her face looks a bit rounder in the DA2 screen as opposed to Origins where her face was a bit more oval and elongated with some more defined features.

She doesn't look that different, and in any case I doubt what applies to Flemeth will apply to every other character. Flemeth is supposedly a thousand year old abomination with more to her than just the hag side we saw in Origins.
