I do not like the random loot, I played Knights of the Old Republic II and they had a random loot system and it sucked on one play through you might get one jedi robe and no guns or viroblades. On another you might get no robes and no viroblades. There was a set number of lightsabers which they broke when you might end up with seven short lightsabers so the only real one you got was the one you had bao dur make you when you got all the pieces. Not cool would rather know where everything is than get nothing plus all the vendors had random stuff too it was aweful.

There should be randomized loot and special drops that can be acquired from anyone is you get lucky enough. The fact that I went through the game and never once did I get a piece of armor from a boss that was special, disappointed me you acquire all awesome loot through chests or vendors and DLCs.
Bosses only dropped weapons. Which that really didn't interest me with starfang and such. They should go for a loot system where you actually pick up what the person is wearing. When you loot them, they'd be half naked and you know that you actually just got what you killed for. Killing animals shouldn't give you gear or weapons. Now you could have a chest in place for after you kill them. Like the High Dragon dropped 20 - 30 pieces of loot that you didn't really need and why would a dragon have armor and gold?
I'd like to see a more realistic take on what you find on your enemies. I think that'd be better than what was in place for DAO.
