Andii McAfee (Emily Wong)- I have been working on other video games, none of which I can tell you about, including their names. Even THAT is confidential now until they are released. You can also catch me weekly (and sometimes more when they air specials) on “The Soup” with Joel McHale on E! I am the vo announcer for that show, and have been for over 3 years. I try to update my website when I can with my projects, so feel free to check back.



I am also interested in bringing attention to the voice over industry to the academic field. I have an MA in communication studies, and am currently studying for the GRES, the test required to apply for my Ph.D (in communication studies as well). After I take it, I will start writing for academic journals about the relevance and theoretical implications of the mediated sound produced by the VO industry-whose sole purpose is the manipulation and commodification of the voice. I’ll post the articles to my site as well.

Seriously, though, if ME3 is going to be about accumulating support for a war effort, having a journalist on board may be a good idea.

An embedded journalist perhaps.  Have each mission finsih with a news report video of Emily showing footage and giving a report on Shepard in action and the progress of the war effort.  Could be cool if done right.

If Emily is trailing Shepard as a combat reporter, I just hope that she wears some form of armor as actual embedded reporters do who are on the front lines.  It'd look a little strange watching her try to follow Shepard into combat wearing that long dress style that most females wear in ME.

Damn, I totally forgot about this thread after that thing which cleared the activities and whatever it is called.

And obviously we love doing that quest. But combat reporter accompanying the Normandy is so much more exciting. Pretty stupid to get excited about something which I am merely hoping for though.

I really wanted to meet Emily in ME2.
And I'm hoping to do so in ME3.

Really, in a choice between her and that bitca Al-Jalani, I'd pick Miss Wong every time.
Actually, that was what I was thinking when I punched out Al-Jilani: "I promised my exclusive to Emily, so this is all you get!"

I'd have loved to go to wherever she was and actually do the interview.
And yes, I did try to find her immediately after reading the mail message.
I spent an hour combing the Citadel trying to find where she was before having to leave feeling disappointed.

I'd love to see that!
I'd be dropping by after every mission to talk with her.

Al-Jilani: We are coming from the trial of Commander Shepherd, where the former Spectre is being accused of killing over 300000 Batarians, being associated with a known terrorist organisation, stealing the plans to build a pirate frigate and burning down a varren puppy farm.
Emily: Hey! How much of that is accurate and how much is you being sensationalist?
Al-Jilani: Shepherd's a pain in the ass, so what do you care?
Emily (turns to her camera): And remember, for unbiased news coverage, stay with this channel.

Grunt (watching the report on a screen): Aw, I wanted to see a catfight.
Tali: I can go down there and beat her up if you want. After all, we are one Kodiak ride away from the courthouse.

Haha that made me think it'd be great if there was a renegade option where she tries to interview you as you're either being taken to the courtroom or the stand, and get to kick her or maybe even one of his epic headbutts (if Gatatog Uvenk was rattled by Shepard's headbutt, it'd probably be a KO for Khalisah!
