I'm slowly working on one.
Currently only Mages are fully implemented. Attributes are a bit off (I think I miscounted), and all talent/attribute/skil totals take into account all Tomes, bonuses (the joining, the Urn of Sacred Ashes, etc.), and at level 25.
I think there's a bug with allocating skills and then switching classes. You'll probably find more.
Tooltips are half-assed; most spells say "Blizzard" because I copy and pasted from Blizzard and haven't changed them yet.
So unless you just want to plan only a talent layout specifically for a Mage, then it probably won't be of much use.
