Do the #'s mean you can earn more than one of those items..for companions. Like the Helm there is 0/5



I also notice it says you have to complete a survey to get this item...fun times.

No you can buy it anywhere...you just have to use your EA Login (the one you use on the social site) in the game to retrieve your items.  The game is linked with the Social site and the flash game.

No if you read what it requires to beat them you will see the helm has need of you to get all FIVE acheivements in the game, another you need to do ONE quest and the other Requires you to fill out THREE parts of a survey... hence the numbers 0/5 0/1 and 0/3
