I also notice it says you have to complete a survey to get this item...fun times.

No if you read what it requires to beat them you will see the helm has need of you to get all FIVE acheivements in the game, another you need to do ONE quest and the other Requires you to fill out THREE parts of a survey... hence the numbers 0/5 0/1 and 0/3

Just rememebred my work internet sucks...after all this..I get off work in 30 mins and then I hvae to go to job #2..so I probably won't get to play til tonight anyways...LOL.
