It is very odd; I cannot tell you whether it is the old school feel; or the claim to BG-greatness, but EA's marketing campaign has certainly worked its magic--I even went out of my way to pre-order a copy of the European CE as the UK one sucks. This wouldn't be so impressive if it wasn't for the fact that this is the first game I have ever pre-ordered in my many, many, many years of gaming.@ illiani: I know what you mean! I haven't been this excited about a game - let alone a flash game prequel - before!

I was alway partial to "Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?" but Watchmen popularized it to much. I think it applies here a bit thought

I don't think it was leaked; but it was certainly interesting.Arandomindividual wrote...
Look at this leaked Left 4 Dead 2 trailer. It seriously kicks ass. I swear as a BioWarian that it is not a jest.

Same with me. Never been this excited about a game pre-release before. Never bought a collector's edition of a game before. Never pre-ordered a game before. But Dragon Age breaks the mold!
(Also, never bought novels based on a video game before, either. But I've bought, read, and loved both of David Gaider's Dragon Age books!)

Where'd you get a copy of The Calling from? Me & Balgin have been hunting that for ages.Mistersunshine wrote...

Is that the right translation? My Latin is pretty rusty.

Well, when it's spelled correctly, it may work everywhere. At the moment, though, you've succeeded in saying "I came, sacrificial altar in the Vedic religion, I conquered." I assure you, in no known language does that mean anything.
Veni, Vidi, Vici ****es :-)
