   I know this isn't the place and it can get locked but if anyone knows what going on please tell me!!! My foot began throbbing in addition to a little prickly feeling, later the throbbing went up to my knee, after that my neck bagan to throb, followed by my head and it feels like entire face is locking.....then it goes away but comes back afterwards. I am waiting on help tp arrive but itis going to take a little while. Please!!! Does anyone knows what this is?!!

Sounds like a possible seizure - have you been taking any medication or the like tonight? Call emergency services, which I hope you've already done, and try to remain as calm as possible. Breath deeply if you can and sit if possible. Most importantly, do not panic any more than you are ... whatever it is all you can do is wait for help to arrive. Stay near your door and make sure it is unlocked so emergency services can get access to you as quickly as possible. I hope it turns out for the best ... good fortune to you.

Thank you!! Thank you!! Thank you!! Bless you elearon1!!!! No I haven't been taking any medication or anything. This appened before about a year ago but no one could find anything. Just like now.



The paramedics arrived and checked my heart best and hooked me to a machine for a few minutes, but they couldn't find anything wrong and said I should visit my doctor so I can be emitted for testing. So I am going to call my doctor tomorrow. Thank you so much. I pray it doesn't get any worse.

I'm surprised they didn't take you in to the emergency room, apparently they didn't believe it to be life threatening. Have you bee drinking alcohol? Ask your doctor about the possibility of seizures or blood clots. Have you been having any chest pains? Have you been dealing with a great deal of stress? How old are you?



I don't expect you to answer all those questions here. But be *absolutely sure* to tell your doctor of any symptoms you may be having, no matter how minor. Sometimes our bodies just do weird things, it happens, so do not panic yourself over much. But be sure to be absolutely open with your doctor and leave nothing out (no matter how embarrassing!) - just in case.

Sounds like she already called emergency services before posting here, and sometimes people need support from a community they are familiar with.  Had she posted before calling for help I'd agree, but in reality there isn't much more a medical forum could offer her.  Social support can be as important in situations such as this - do not discount it.  

And if you manage to find a healing spell let me know ... because I've go this back problem ...

OP, the chances of anyone here being licenced medical professionals is slim. The likelihood of receiving sound advice from anyone SANE is even slimmer. You're lucky you weren't told to drill a hole in your head to release demons or apply leeches to your face in order to balance the four elements in your body. (Myself, I would have suggested you had an excess of Fire.) Just calm down and wait for an ambulance.

I remember when I had chest pain...and I did not do a thing about it except hit my chest believing it would make it go away....and it did.

I sometimes have throbbing in a vein inbetween my eyes...I wonder what that could mean...although it only happens after I drink a ton of potent coffee.

I got these back problems...oh those years I spent sleeping on a couch is getting back at me.
