[MVS3]

I'm on the final battle, "Save redcliffe" Mission and I've attacked two rounds of the darkspawn coming in and then I went back to the village and then back to the world map to go to the Party Camp so I could buy better items before the battle fully began. Then I went back to Redcliff Village and through the gate into Redcliffe castle and the darkspawn are still dead obviously although the mission still says that:  "Save Redcliff" "You arrived in Redcliffe to find it under attack by darkspawn. Redcliffe Castle is surrounded. Defeat the darkspawn and save Redcliffe!"
So I thought there was more darkspawn to kill so I waited 10 minutes (Sometimes buggy when darkspawn come in rounds) and still no darkspawn come. I can't re-load the game to a previous save because both the saves have been affected by this bug/issue. So I'm stuck in the mainstoryline and I'm so close to finishing, Is there anything I can do to resolve the problem or must I wait for a patch/update. Or just waste more endless hours of gaming on starting all over again :-(  (It's taken a lon time for me to get here, I don't want to do it all over just because of this issue)
