My inventory's full message popped up during battle with Ogre didn't get to read. Ogre has cool items can't collect because my inventory is full how and where do you empty it?

Try redistributing weapons as the second weapon set of all your characters.  That should take some load off.

Use components to make traps and poisons until you're out of ingredients.

Use the weapon treatments such as poisons and acids

Use up any injury kits to get rid of injuries

At last resort, move some unused items to Junk and destroy them
