1. Im still wondering if Qunari and Humans can make Qunari-babys.

I am under the impression that this question is somehow a plot breaker. So I would be VERY interested if we receive an answer to it....

Since we already saw some Hornless ones, I believe we will see them again. Horned? Yeeeees.

Natural variation / Skin disease / War-paint????
I think the original Bronzed skin idea came into being due to their arrival from sunny/well lit areas...

4. Are there more skintones then thoes 2?
On the sticky Qunari thread David Gaider claimed that there would be variation...

5. Are all Qunari big or are there small Qunari also?
On an average, large I would guess. Thus tail-enders could be small too....

Well, at the very least, the Qunari have clear scientific roles. If one considers the advancement of a field as "creative", than they definately are. One does not invent the cannon without lacking some degree of innovation.Anarya wrote...
Oh and how do the Qunari view creativity and innovation? I would guess that they are less accomplished in the arts than other societies given their nature, but maybe creativity is actually encouraged if it fits in your role. Do they have no cookies because bakers are not encouraged to innovate and cookies are a nonessential food?

I'd say the lack of cookies is more due to the fact that a cooks job is to supply sustinance, I am sure they learn some from other cultures, however in the case of food, I would see a lack of need to make a lot of non-esentials.
In the case of arts, concidering they would be set to that role, I would assume they are just as creative, after all, Sten might have been somber, but I can't imagine a Qunari bard being like him.

Sure but did they invent the cannon or simply bring back the knowledge from somewhere else? We know they send parties out into other countries as well as absorb conquered peoples into their society.

Qunari are too efficient. Most cultures initially develop cookies and cakes as a way to use up leftover batter from other things. Qunari plan ahead too well to have leftovers. Thus, the lack of cookies is their tragic flaw.

Which is why Sten cannot be allowed to return. With his knowledge of the power that is inherent in the cookie, they'd be unstoppable.

On the other hand they might punish him for stealing cookies from wherever he finds them.....

Anyway it seems like their efficiency would be a handicap to innovation since a lot of advances come from having to solve problems. Kind of like how evolution could not happen without genetic anomalies.

I don't think that their scientists cover the areas of confections, and that hasn't brought that much innovation to the human race either.

That.. .is a Point of view. You perhaps mean day-to-day life innovation in work or war.

Well, if they plan ahead that well in their cooking I'm sure their efficiency extends to all other aspects of Qunari life. The cookie thing is just an illustration of the state of their society on the whole. I'm a big believer in the value of chance and imperfection as a driving force of innovation. Apparently "the Maker" is too or he wouldn't have made mortals to entertain him, lol.

Does that mean that Sten could be declared Qunaren'vehl (Sp? what ever the hero/saint equivilant is) after his death for this great leap forward in Qunari Society?
Imagine how much easier it'll be converting people to the Qun if they say we have cookies
