 it says my ID or my password is wrong, but I've checked it a couple times on this website (even had it sent to my email address) and it's not wrong. 
but when i try to sign in on my ps3, i get the same message every time.

should i just wait it out, or? not sure what to do-- the same thing happened to me with EA Games when i used to play the Sims 3 all the time. Eventually I just decided to do without online stuff, but I really don't care to do that for Dragon Age. 
i HAVE signed in before (when I made the account....) so I'm not really sure what the problem is.
