Ashley WIlliams looks and sound as if she's a latina chick... like she's a city girl from NYC 212... doesn't seem like she could favor a black chick though (has nothing to do with a black girl) 


i think thandie newton is like half black and half white, or latina (thin line in that aspect)...

you have alot of people who're half this and half that... President Obama is half black/half white too...
Lenny Kravitz is Half Jewish/Half Black, Halle Berry is half white/half black... the guitarist slash is Half black/half latino...

I always assumed South American, I mean the game lists her as Brazilian (according to the wiki anyway) but I always thought that she was mixed race of several ethnic groups, similarly for Kaidan.

Then again, 'Williams' is more of an Anglo Saxon last name, like something from England or Britain, but she herself has a very American accent.



I would say she's probably a mised race.

The character is probably mixed race. the voice actress is definitely african american. but who really cares, the character is amazing so let's leave it at that.

As someone who is half black/half white, I resent this.  (nothing against latinos)

Like I said, sometimes Wiki's can be dubious sources. Still I'd say that given she had training in Brazil that probably meant she at least locally lived somewhere in the same region.
But still I'd just say she's just my Ashley, I like her no matter what her history
