Hi,
I have some questions, I think I am not the first to ask them, but I couldn't find them here.
What happens to the other "Old Gods" if the Grey Wardens fail and the Darkspawn win the war? do the Darkspawn try to find them, or the don't bother? What do Darkspawn would do if they won? I am sure they wouldn't do the things humans do.
A few questins about Darkspawn culture.

Only if the archdemon wants them to.
Archdemon controls them so....no idea what an archdemon wants.

Since they're pretty much mindless, not much?

Nobody knows what the Darkspawn would do if they won. If they are victorious, there won't be anyone left to observe them. As long as anyone is alive, the Darkspawn haven't won yet.

Interesting question. Stories always deal with the "mindless baddies" who want to destroy all civilization, but it's never really hashed out what they would do if they won (because they never do).
All we really know about darkspawn is that they are "called" to find the Old Gods and when they do, the god is corrupted, an Archdemon is born and a Blight starts. They attempt to conquer the world but to what end, I'm not really sure.

Nothing needs to happen on Dark-spawn victory. They will simply roam around like Immortal Hippies/Bums. They are immortal, right? As in don't die until killed?
I think they don't in-fight also when the Archdemon is roaring commands into their rotten cranium.

A thousand darkspawn will eventually find a thousand feather pens, and they will eventually write Shakespeare.

Darkspawn are primitive. Not just that they live underground in caves and use scavenged gear and don't speak, but they act and survive on instinct. They don't have a culture or society. When they finally find an Archdemon, it does the thinking for them and bends all Darkspawn (except for RARE and unique ones like the Architect and his followers) to its will.
We do not know what an Archdemon wants or will do it if it is successful in wiping out civilization.
So, just keep killing them and don't worry about their feelings.

I suppose they do what parasites do, multiply and spread, but parasites usually cannot wipe out their hosts, because then they will die too and have no means to propagate. The DS will just have to figure out what to do once they kill everything, it may turn out kinda like the movie 28 days later, they just die themselves

I'm not sure if the arch demon would want to also free the other gods, or if it would even be aware of them. Otherwise I think they would probably just continue to spread destruction across Thedas until there was nothing left.
The other thing to consider is the Architect and the free darkspawn. I would assume that once the Architect freed all darkspawn from the old god's call he would then work on tainting the rest of the world. So it would be a planet full of ghouls and darkspawn when all is said and done.

Their penchant for sticking those curved wood things (whatever they're supposed to be) all over their territory and the attaching thereof to statues seem to indicate at least a rudimentary form of culture...Ryngard wrote...

If the darkspawn kill everyone in Thedas, they may move on to another continent. Then, when the blight is everywhere, the world will die and life as we know it will die. Only thing living will be the blight and maybe the Archdemons and whichever darkspawn they allow to live. Broodmothers are ghouls, so I suppose they will eventually die from the blight.
It's a complete doom scenario with how darkspawn traditionally are. However, now that there are sentient darkspawn, they could develop a culture and develop their own goals, but this is yet to be seen.

They do something that may be changed completely by the time of the next game...
Heck... Darkspawn may be a playable race of clockwork engineers by DA3.
