Hay all I just got this game the other day. Was just wondering if there are still any good sites out there to get some good mods for the game.
Also as players what are some mods you would sugest I get? Romance mods are also something I would be intrested in.
Good mods for this game?

Here is a good place to start:
NWN2 modules
or try in the modues forum where there is a sticky which lists modules by various categories.
There is a top 15 listing to the right on the linked page above, not all of these are modules but for those that are you can't go far wrong.
As for romance others must help you, I don't know enough about specific modes to guide you. I do know that this one has a romantic element.
Legacy of the Dragon
Hope that helps, if you do play one of these, don't forget to go back to the download site and vote. It is much appreciated by the modders.

If you meant mods rather then modules, then my personal recommendations are:
1. Companion and Monster AI by Tony_K (the full, updated version)
2. Reduced hit effects by Belcrash (also using Volatile's work)
3. SlimGUI by Sliders (the green one)
4. Less Obtrusive Spell Buffs by Clubok
5. Improved Arcane Spell Visuals by DireRabbit
6. Alternative skin effects by Knsgf
7. Light Emitter in Spell Effects by K2
8. Spell Fixes and Improvements by Reeron and Trekkari
9. NWN2 Creature Distance Tweaks by Zarathustra217
For me these really improve the game experience!
You may have problems installing ALL - you may need to remove some duplicate files for points 4-6 and 8 - these sometimes modify the same spell scripts and you can only have one modification active in your override.
If If you were asking about modules, my favourite is Trinity by E.C. Patterson. A great classical DnD adventure with great flavour, attention to detail, stability, well balanced combat.
I also greatly enjoyed Moonshadows Chapter 1 by Alex "Hugie" Hugon for what it is - a ligthearted freeform adventure. It's a pity the sequel is nowhere to be seen. Still it's really good on it's own. I guess that's my second favourite.
Misery Stone feautures some fantastic and varied graphics and level design. Really makes your eyes open about what NWN2 is capable of. Then again, at it's core it was little more then a hack & slash module and for me it got tedius after a while.
If what I read is true, the upcoming new Wyrin's module, Legacy of White Plum Mountain should be a must-see as well.

Yeah, Legacy of White Plume Mountain's in testing atm, but all the testers have said it's going to be awesome. There should be some other great ones further down the line, too (Reversal of Fortune, Path of Evil and Shagret to name just a few), but I guess we'll have to be patient for those.

Anyone knows whether Spell Fixes and Improvements by Reeron and Trekkari works if I only have the Original with Mask of the Betrayer?
