Hi all,

I found Daelan's mother's brooch on the ship where it was supposed to be, and not knowing what it was for, I sold it. I can't remember where I sold it, and have been looking for the item code for it, to no success. Can anyone help me find the code, or somehow find where I sold the brooch?

Daelan's mother's brooch is a plot iten, You can't sell it. Goto the Halls of Justis (the temple) and look in the pool.

I looked in the pool and it wasn't there. Maybe it was in my inventory but I missed it.

Actually, the brooch is not flagged as being a plot item. I've even checked in the toolset, and yes, it can be sold. So this is probably a design oversight on BioWare's behalf. So, TheJadedMieu, if it's not in your inventory, it can only be in a shop somewhere.

Fortunately, you can get it via debug mode. Hit ` and type "DebugMode 1". This enables 'cheating' after which you should then type "dm_spawnitem nw_hen_dae1qt", and a duplicate should appear nearby. Afterwards, you will probably want to turn debug mode off by typing in "DebugMode 0" to avoid the side effects you get whilst debug mode is on, like all triggers visibly showing up for instance.

This appears to be the only oversight in the plot status of the henchman quest items and has been duly noted in the Henchman solutions sticky above.

Note to C Writer:  You need not reiterate how to use the debug mode since it has already been documented in painstaking detail in the aforementioned sticky thread.  Thanks for spotting the item status gliche! ;)
