Does anybody know if you use, for example, Shapechange Iron Golem, will that be considered a 1-handed weapon, and thereby you gain the benefits of the one-handed weapon style bonuses?  Mainly concerned with the extra crit on a 19 roll.

They probably all use single-handed weapons, except for the Flind from Polymorph Self.
