Hello. Firstly, i don,t speak english very well, is posible that my messaje have a lot of semantic and ortographic errors. (you can Lol, je, je).


Well,  i had this problem with some download items, i put here the solution that i found for if somebody have the same problem:
I put correctly the code of the 3items of the collector edition in the redeem page, and it appeared in my download content section in the game like "downloading". The problem was that it was all time downloading in 0%.
The game don,t report any "downloading error", but it can,t download it.

The solution is simple: go to Configuration menu in the game launcher and chose the last option: "Repair "CACHE" (is the spanish word, i don,t know the word in english) of download". Well, the last option.

This will clear the content that is in process of download. You sart again the download and all go well.

I hope that this confuse post can help somebody with the same problem.
