Was just curious. There are some software titles I won't buy if the measures are too invasive.

For example, I "would've" played BioShock, GTAIV, and a few other titles, but "didn't" because I'm not a big fan of DRM or software that requires you be online with half a dozen websites just to play the game. Yes, STEAM, I'm talking about YOU.

ADDENDUM: I am really, really looking forward to DA:O, but I'll still pass on it (out of spite) if it uses DRM.

The PC version with the disk is only a disk check. Other versions will have to work within their medium. It sounds like Bioware have listened to fans displeasure.

Just a simple CD key. No online registration, no DRM.

"Well," you "can" certainly simply "play" "it" for one of the "consoles."

Too, I do believe if you want your DLC, you'll have to connect to your account that has the codes associated with it (to get them in the first place).

I think that, for some reason, Baelin was stuck in wiki-mode (where you use multiple apostrophes to indicate bold/italic).Posted Image

When you hit play a couple of large mobsters come to your house and ask to see the original disk and if you don't have it they break your kneecaps!!! Posted Image

More like he was trying to "say" something without saying it.

Imagine if they had Dwarfs do it while imitating halflings/gnomes and yelling: "all of your kneecaps belong to me!"

That would truly be Baldurs gate revisited.
