Hmm May be what you're asking is if you can rest and heal up? is that it?
If so, there's no resting in this game. Standing around heals up HP & Mana. However, if you are wounded (actual wounds, not HP), you'll need to use an Injury Kit or go into camp to remove the maladies
To go into camp, you have to leave your area and get to the world map-- that only works if:
1) You can leave the area
2) You're at the point in the game where you can freely explore the world map
In the upper right hand corner of the world map is the party camp.
