These forums will be flooded with reviews of the DLC. I'll wait a few days afterwards before deciding to buy or not to buy. I just want to know for sure that it won't hoop my existing game setup. I've got everything working perfectly with patch 1.04, Awakening and all DLC.

I ok am getting more and more excited about this DLC! No other DLC has been this updated....still its price is 5$ and i fear it won't be as long, or as deep as it should be.

If they say you can upload from Awakening, then all the talents/skills/spells are there. My question is how do you upload it? I mean after you kill the Brood mother, it just goes black to credits. So can you only upload from your last save before fighting brood mother... or does it actually save when it turns black?

You don't need an epilogue save. All of your Awakening decisions are made before the auto-save in Mother's lair.

That's a very childish thing to say....they might as well release a "Go shopping with the Warden DLC" and you would buy it just because you play with the Warden?

Or they could just take your most recent save and add on the experience for killing Mother (since that's a fixed number) before importing your character into GoA.

Well . . . yeah, I would go shopping with my Warden.
I'm not a Bioware fanatic. I did not buy Darkspawn Chronicles and I balked for a long time before getting the Feastday DLC. I'm trusting that Bioware is not going to all the trouble of creating a DLC with new locations, new characters, new storyline and voice actors for just a half hour experience. It has already been stated that this DLC will be a lot tougher combat-wise and feature a lot of elements that many DA players have been waiting for.
I'm not the only one who's excited about this DLC!!

Lore is all well and good, but if all it produces is a bunch of repetitive, hack and slash gameplay, who cares? I want proper dialogue trees and character interaction in addition to my combat, BioWare. I did not play Dragon Age to hit things with a sword, and focusing on those aspects of the game is not going to help. I realise that this is cheaper to make, but with the prices you're already charging... that shouldn't be an issue.

More info in about 12 hours from now . . . when players have DL'd it, played it and post their comments. I find that the best reviews are from the players themselves.
