Actually I would prefer they not use that plot.  And, how would you account for a PC who is also a mage?

Get your hawke locked up too. In s/he under pants. I would say jowan did have it coming, but if you could save lily from the prison. It would definitely be a momuent from the old game.  I remember in DA:O when you can have your companions come save you their where some options you had them choose in order to break you out. I'm wondering if the writers thought about that scene a lot and then how they compared it to ME  and maybe decided it was a good route for conversation.

Either way the prison scene is very important when it came to DA:O. It was probably one of my favorite levels and remember its always where you kill the archdemon. I definitely would be interesting who ever the main baddie is in DA 2. If the final battle is at the mages prison.

Prisons are ok as long as your not the Prisioner as I have been more than once in DA:O and Awakening.

It's not really presuming when prison sequences are such a pervasive RPG trope.  There are prisons or detention scenes in DA:O, NWN, NWN2, KOTOR II, KOTOR, BG2...I could go on and on.

i actually meant hes presuming a bit much when hes asking bioware to just reveal one of the levels, and post screenshots

Prison in DA:O, Awakening, and Leliana's Song. I would hope they change it up in DA2. Maybe have us breaking into a prison instead of having to break out! Or visit a prison or keep Hawke away from any prison.
