Can't add Bioware points - Come on EA seriously?

When I add the Bioware points, it asks be to login first. When I enter my password, it tells me that it's invalid. This is the same password I've been using to login to my account, and that's linked to my account. Why can't I do this? I just want to buy some DLC. What's going on?

Not the only one. I was able to get the Overload pack, but since then, when I try to get kasumi or the new weapons, i get that same error

Same here. Bio ware said to uninstall my game then reload it but they could not be sure if my game saves on a back up would work.....feeling unhappy..... think they feel the error is with us as individuals and not them...very unhappy here...

I also have this problem. Until this problem is resolved i guess we'll have to buy points from the EA store.

No thx, i only want 400 points. I'm not being forced into buying extra due to EA's incompetence.

Well looks like I won't be migrating to the PC then. Shame, because I would have gladly repurchased everything I purchased on the 360 version. Plus the PC version's loading screens are like 1-2 seconds. Oh well.

well looksl ike you have to buy the bioware Points from the EA games store online in order to get any Points now for DLC

This is uncool, I love spending money and getting nothing in return, I drop $11.20 on 800 points and the transaction shows in my paypal history, but my account still has zero points. FANTASTIC!!!! At least I know I am not the only one with this problem.

For those of you recieving an error about your pasword being invalid, have you tried changing your password as detailed in the FAQ linked below?
