Have a look at the BG mod community.  Lots of romance mods, everything from banging your way along the Sword Coast to some truly awfully written sex in romance mods.  To Imoen and Sarevok romance mods 

...well, people modded it for Imoen.  Bethany's not that much of a stretch, squicky as it may be
