Having different roles in society doesn't inherently mean discrimination between those roles.

Eh, they may see themselves as equals philosophically, but there's probably a degree of separation between their philosophy and how things actually are in their society. The Ben-Hassrath are mostly hornless, for instance, and they're tasked with enforcing religious law, so I wouldn't be surprised if there is some tension between people with horns and people without. A tension which Gaider described it as a feeling of "intimidation".
That's not to say I agree with good Mr. Troll here in any way.

Certainly there is a lot of potential for tension between different groups.
But I was actually refering to economic discrimination. I don't really see any information that would suggest one group is 'more equal' than other groups. Well, at least not yet.
