Recently I bought ME2 Digital Deluxe on Steam, as there was no official collectors edition online that I could buy. I followed the instructions as best I could although I found them slightly unclear. I registered all the keys here and have downloaded the Content, but it claims that no ME2 is installed when I try to install them. Is this due to Steam or something else, and what should I do to fix it?

They have installed, but I cannot log in to Cerberus Network, so they do not work. It appears that I registered them to genericname@liNe instead of @liVe.co.uk (Caps is for underline).
Is there anyway I can have this changed by a mod or something?

You have to contact EA support to transfer these.
