first of all the patch is 1.0.3 (the 1.0.4 is on testing-time) but this is not helping you
You can delete the GAME DATA (not the save eh), and after that, you have to reinstall the patch and every dlc.....try if you did not.

While waiting for a reply to this post, I uninstalled all DA info from my PS3 except for my save (but including the autosave). I then went to the PS Store and redownloaded all of the DLC. I noticed that the PS Store automatically installed "Battledress of the Provocateur" and "Blightblood" so I deleted both of them so that neither would be installed. I then reinstalled DA:O and tried to install Prisoner of Stone from within the game. Still, no add-on appeared under the in-game main menu section "Downloadable Content." Instead, the same message about no DLC being available popped up. I exited the game and installed Prisoner of Stone from the XMB. I then restarted DA:O and found that the "Downloadable Content" menu was still empty and still reported that there was no DLC available. I loaded my save, which was at Sulcher's Pass speaking to Felix. I selected the "Let's take a look" dialog option and the dialog type screen layout backed out to the normal wander/fight screen layout after felix responded. The game went into autosave and then the message described above about needing to be logged into PSN and the DA servers appeared. To the best of my ability to tell, I was then (as before) currently logged into both.

I "updated" my "question" as follows:
Since chatting with Andy this morning, I have once again uninstalled all Dragon Age information from my PS3's hard drive including my saved game. The only thing remaining was my trophy information, which I did not know how to get rid off. I then went to "Network" under the PS3 XMB and from there to "Tools" where I deleted both the cache and the cookies. I next turned off the PS3 and waited for about ten minutes. I turned the PS3 back on and then went back to "Tools" under "Network" from the XMB. I did this at the request of EA Support representative Andrew. I once again deleted the cache and all cookies. I then reinstalled Dragon Age: Origins onto my PS3 hard drive. I did not re-download ANY of the Dragon Age DLC from the PlayStation Store. I started Dragon Age and from its main menu accessed the "Downloadable Content" menu. As always, a message box appears that says "No content is available for download at this time. Please check back later for new content updates. If you have previously purchased content and need to download it again, please quit the game and check your Download List." I informed Andrew of this via e-mail. He responded that he made some necessary changes to my account and that I should log in and try to download the content. Assuming this meant "start Dragon Age and access the Downloadable Content menu," I did so. The same message appears and the Downloadable Content menu remains blank. (Just to be clear, I have not at ANY point installed Dragon Age: Awakening onto by PS3.)
I am extremely frustrated that this problem continues to persist but appreciate your help. Please respond to this update as soon as possible.

Sounds to me like you keep downloading/installing the DLC before you download/install the online game patch/update. is that the case? If so, try doing it in the order I outlined and see if it makes a difference. It's really the only solution I can think of from past experience.

The latest update from EA was:
Thank you for taking the time to contact us again regarding your Dragon Age: Origins purchase. It is always a pleasure to assist our customers in any way that we can.
I've gone ahead and manually entitled the items "Stone Prisoner" and "Blood Dragon Armor" successfully on your account. You should now be able to see the pre-order items available for download through the downloadable content menu in the game.
If you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate in contacting us. Additional support can be found on our help site located at http://dragonage.bioware.com/.
Sincerely,
Greg
Electronic Arts Online Support.
This is extremely frustrating not only because it did not work but also because it is not a fix for my problem. Unlike a great many users here, my problem is NOT using redemption codes that came with the game but rather not being able to access DLC purchased from the PS Store. It's as if Greg did not bother to read the rest of my Incident reports but just assumed I was having the same problem as a huge majority of other customers.
Hopefully, if this issue can be resolved, this thread will be useful to others who have the same problem. I have seen a few other threads on this site that seem to be the same as my problem or very similar, all with few if any responses and none with responses from EA or BioWare representatives.
I can't adequately express how frustrating this situation is becoming.

@DragonRacer13: Thanks for your reply. In every instance, I have installed Dragon Age: Origins to my PS3 before downloading/installing the DLC. Regarding the patch/update: if DA:O is not already installed on your PS3, putting in the disc will trigger a prompt to download the 1.04 patch/update before anything else can be done. As with all PS3 downloads, you cannot refuse the patch/update and continue on. Therefore the patch/update MUST be downloaded/installed before the DA:O game data.
Try this way
Delete the game data, then disconnect from the internet and install the game from disc. once this is done then connect back to the internet, download your DLC from the store, it should be in your download history, disconnect again from the internet and start the game. Hopefully the game will give you access to the DLC. You may well have to play this game offline (I did mostly as I was working away and took my slim with me) and never had any issues with trophies or DLC.

All the same, I will try your way. I am willing to try anything at this point. If I understand correctly, your method will basically cut out the 1.04 patch/upgrade. I don't know if that has anything to do with it but we will see. I think it has something to do with the "Dragon Age Updater" program that EA offers ready-made support answer for PCs on their webpage. Unfortunately, I cannot follow the directions of that answer since they involve using Windows.
Still: EA Support has yet to respond. (7:37PM EST)

Delete the game data from HDD
Disconnect from Internet
Load and install game to HDD and then quit game.
Connect back to internet.
Go to PS store and view download history. Download DA: O DLC that you have bought.
Disconnect from internet.
Load game and play as normal, See what happens when you get to felix.

*Also, it is now 8/05/10 2:28 EST and I have still not received a response from EA Support. I contacted them about this via Live Chat and the representative's answer was--word for word--"I hope they will contact you by tomorrow."

--------------
Infinity -- I don't think DLC can be played without having the patches anyway... anytime new DLC is created, don't we get a new patch that thus makes the DLC compatible with our system? At least, that's how it's always worked for other games... you get a patch, then you get a PS Store update.
You actually can bypass downloading patches, if you want. I primarily play all my games offline, but my PS3 does have Internet access through a router. After the patch before this latest one (1.03 or something like that? The one that fixed the sudden game-freezing issues the PS3 was having after the second patch) came out, I downloaded it because the previous patch had caused my game to freeze and lock up (this was a common complaint from the PS3 users after that patch). I have NOT downloaded this latest one (1.04?) because I don't plan on getting the Leliana's Song DLC anyway (which is probably the reason this latest patch popped up) and after the patch that caused freezing problems, I'm a bit leery of downloading patches for offline games that I probably don't need. Since this is an offline game (you only need online to buy content/upload avatars or whatever), I start game. When the patch prompt pops up, I hit the circle button and it continues on to the main screen and I play.
But that's beside the point. Just wanted to point out you can bypass downloading patches if you aren't going to access the Dragon Age servers. Plus, it's a way for you to install your game disc data BEFORE installing the patch.
I still think it's the order.
1. Delete game data, patch data, and DLC.
2. Put the disc in and let the game install. If prompted to download and install the patch FIRST, press the circle button to bypass it (or, just don't be connected to the Internet when you put the disc in).
3. NOW go online and download/install the latest patch.
4. NOW go to your store history and re-download/re-install your DLC.
If you've already done all that in that exact order, then I apologize and have no further troubleshooting ideas. And I definitely sympathize with the frustration and lack of support you're receiving.

That must be a recent issue then as I have played offline with all my DLC working no issues. Are you sure your using the PS store and not the ingame store to download the DLC?

I can. I played just this past weekend with no Internet connection. Warden's Keep and Return to Ostagar work just fine. I don't have any of the other DLC content, but I imagine if those two work fine offline, they ALL should? I also don't have the most recent patch. Everything works fine for me. Back when I bought those two DLC, I literally connected to the Internet long enough to get the lastest patch (it was 1.03 at the time, I think), purchase those two DLCs, download and install them, then went immediately back offline. You do not have to be connected to the Internet in order to play them.
Now, if you DO need to be on the Internet in order to play Stone Prisoner, that's weird. But since I don't have that content, I can't speak intelligently on it.

I can't understand why yours is asking to connect to the servers?

Posté 06 août 2010 - 12:32
My first hypothesis was that my Dragon Age account does not register that I have purchased any DLC. But if that was the case, then I should be able to see the DLC as available for purchase in-game under the Downloadable Content menu. So I think it must be that my profile is corrupt or otherwise not connecting properly to either or both of the Dragon Age servers and/or PSN.

To update my situation: After an hour on the phone with EA last Friday, I was told that I would hear something by today. So far, I have heard nothing at all. I accessed my incident file via support.ea.com to request an update by today. I also requested that I be given the contact information for the troubleshooter working on my problem. According to the Tier 2 representative, Tier 3 representatives are supposed to send you their contact information when an incident is escalated that far. This is to prevent the customer from having to go through Tiers 1 and 2 every time they need to contact EA.
In case you were wondering, dealing with EA has been a less than rewarding experience.
