Does anyone know if this ever got resolved? I'm having the same problem.
I tried the same things, deleted all of the game data. Reinstalled DA:O, installed Awakenings, downloaded patch, installed the rest of the DLC. None of it shows up in-game post-Lothering.
I get to Felix after connecting to PSN and DA server and when I choose the option "[Download Content] Let's take a look." I get a message that I need to be logged in.
Nothing else shows up anywhere at all at this point.
