I gotta say, out of all 3 of them, I absolutely love the new M5 Heavy Pistol

It looks sleek and sexy, I love the blue laser sight on it (it reminds me of Resident Evil 5 ) and it packs a heck of a punch.

I also like the Assault Rifle -- great concept with the Semi-Auto fire, which I love because I have a very fast trigger finger

3rd place, IMO, would be the Shotgun. it's neat, but it just has an amazinly low ammo clip that you'll get off like 8-10 shots until its out of ammo

All in all, great pack Bioware! Love it!
Now, if we can just get word on the release of the Shadow Broker DLC

Tried the pistol and shotgun. Not sure if the shotgun's good for Vanguards, since it's more of a range shotgun. You can hit them from afar, and dropped their health by a lot, but up close, I'm missing a lot, and ain't killing in one hit. Pistol seems great for infiltrators if you use cloak, since you can finish lots of bad guys. But as a different class, you might miss a lot, and it's a lot slower. I haven't tried the AR yet.

Can you say more on the Assault Rifle? I'm really really excited about it as I love semi auto fire, leaves the control up to the player

How's the reload time? Specific number of clips?

Also for the shotgun, can you give the specific number of clips and then let us know if you have the Shotgun Ammo Upgrade?

No your wrong PC gamers pay for WoW and it is the most profitable game in existence. Yes there will always be priacy on any platform ( except for the ps3 right now ) the 360 has rampant piracy almost as bad as pc's these days.

Will buy it ASAP. Javierabegazo, I'll use it tonight (or as soon as PC is available) and give you a full report, but it will be late tonight at the earlierst. I'm a soldier-only player and a Revenant devotee. If this and the pistol can work at longer ranges with comparable effectiveness, you might make a Widow player out of me yet.

I hope the new plasma gun means that shotgun wielding squadmate will actually be usefull for combat, it would be nice to play with tali again without feeling like I am gimping myself.



the low ammo should be a non issue for squadie, but I am worried about the ai handling of the charge, and of course, but how much range are we talking about? because even grunt has a nasty habiit of shoting is shotgun at ennemie so far away that you're lucky if 1/8 pullet actually hit them.

Interesting point, I wonder if the squad AI would actually charge and plan their shots? Too much to ask for?

As for the Semi auto, sounds like it'll do wonders for the squadmates

Can anyone say the file size for Xbox 360? Judging from the other weapons and armors, I'm guessing 20 to 30 MB, but clarification would be greatly appreciated.

No problem, but I did have to edit my note and acknowledge that I'm a PC player, so I won't be able to keep my promise if the PC version's not available yet.

Almost all the story-driven DLC packs were cut off the original game:
Zaeed is part of the Dirty Dozen. (same strategy like the Golem from DOA).
So is Kasumi (which her files where found on the disc).
LotSB's files also show presence on the disc.
Firewalker pack was also suoposed to be part of the main game too (they talked about the vehicle in past trailers, and squadmates have special voices for those missions).
and Normandy's Crash Site is not "serious" enough to be called DLC (nobody would have sold it).

Planned DLC with place holders and a couple of files on the disk do not indicate that content was cut from the game. It merely shows that they had planned to add it later.

I'm afraid to hand the Geth Plasma Shotgun to my squaddies.



I gave it to Tali and Tali alone. I don't know how well it'll handle in squaddie hands.



Its already long range. Squaddies use weapons at a longer range than Shepard, so plasma's gonna be FLYING.

I'm not buying them until I know the price of Liara, because I might just have enough points left for that one. I don't think the Phalanx will replace my Carniflex, but I do want to know more about the Mattock and the Geth Plasma Rifle.
