Lastly I have to comment on the weapon sounds. Much better. Actually sound like sophisticated sci-fi weapons without the cheesy, uninspired sounds of the other weapons.
Overall, nice job BioWare. A small DLC pack that doesn't suck for once. 4.5/5

Yeah, my MS laptop broke, so since then I was gifted a Mac laptop, but I have trouble using the original program I used to use for melding together pictures. Picasa is much more cumbersome, which is a shame
Those were good days

I just figured you were busier these days, and the fact that not much promo material is released now that the game is out and all. I love the excitment of an upcoming game of such a high caliber. The anticipation was palpable... Those were good days. That's what makes DLC so great IMO...

Meaning you can charge up the shotgun -> use Biotic Charge your enemy -> and release your overcharged shotgun.

For the Vanguards -> "Also, don't worry Vanguards, you can still charge an enemy and then release overcharge when you land."

Yeah, that just sounds amazing. Can someone make a video of a Vanguard doing that?

I think one of the coolest things, was after seeing how pumped up Jeirt was about Thane, BioWare put in a "spam email" in the game from a "Salarian named Jeirt" raving about Thane

It's not a browser issue, I just tried it on chrome, firefox, IE 32bit, IE 64bit, on both my laptop and desktop. I still get redirected.

Continuing off-topic... I haven't seen Jeirt since ME2 was released. New screen name?

Thanks javier!
According to that, the new pistol was designed to be a bit harder to use and aim with. That makes me feel a bit better. The example she gave, shooting off every LOKI mech's legs with one bullet, is interesting. Basically, the Phalanx has a more niche use than the other pistols. I guess I haven't been using it correctly then. I'll have to think about this.

The new pistol is ok. I don't use them all that much, but this one may be different and interesting enough to warrant a little more use. However, I think I'm going to love the Mattock. I might switch back to the Avenger with my adept (I know it's statistically worse than every other assault rifle, I just like it), but I'm actually tempted to put this character on hold and go for another soldier run. I think it's the gun I always wanted for my main, and it must be devastating in adrenaline rush.

Basic fire with the Geth Plasma Shotgun delivers a payload with a much tighter spread, so it can be used quite effectively at range. The tradeoff is, you don't get the same stopping power at short range.
Wait, what?
Does that mean you won't knock enemies back as much you would with - let's say - a Katana, Scimitar or Lieberschaft?

Yeah it will burn you out if you not careful. Thats why I try not to get excited until just a few days before the release date. I have to admit that I kinda like not knowing when the DLC is coming. The Firepower pack is a prime example of how this type of DLC should be done IMHO.Gumbeaux Jr wrote...

I think it means that the Geth Shotgun doesn't have a large point-blank multipler. Every weapon except Sniper Rifles deals double damage at point-blank range, and 1.25x damage at short range. I'm guessing it either deals the same damage at point blank, or that it only has a small multiplier instead of the usual 2x.
