I'm having issues getting this DLC. Everytime I click it for PC, it redirects me to the Mass Effect 2 Page. When I click on add BW points, It returns me to the social home page. Anyone else having issues?
Exactly, mate. You're not alone.
As am I
And i seem to get issues getting my hands on DLC EVERY single time new content is released!

Gaming really is dead when companies charge for DLC's containing a few weapons. I remember the good ol' times when Epic Games released whole map packs for free and Bethesda would have tons of free plugins for their games available free of charge. These days companies charge for even the least bit of content. Ridiculous.
Gotta disagree man, I just tested these things out on some YMIR mechs and had enough fun with them to easily justify $2. The X-96 heavy rifle in particular may have just beat out the Vindicator as my new favorite gun.
For anyone interested in what you're getting.
X-96e Mattock Heavy Rifle: A semi automatic assault rifle that fires alot like a Viper Sniper Rifle without a scope; but with more power, a faster rate of fire and a bigger magazine. As far as assault rifles go its kind of like an Uber Vindicator, obscenely devestating; but ammo thirsty. Personal appraisal, it freaking rules.
Geth Plasma Shotgun: A shotgun with a longer range than the Eviscerator (which makes it a great gun for your squad members), a similar rate of fire to the Eviscerator, and with two distinct ways of firing it, a standard shot which seems a tad less powerful than the Eviscerator and a devestating charged shot which takes time to build up and which uses two rounds of ammo; but which lays down more damage than the Claymore.
X-5c Phalanx Heavy Pistol: Basically a handheld sniper rifle, its obscenely accurate with a laser sight which points exactly where the round is going to go. It has the same clip size as the Carnifex; but with slightly more max ammo and it seems like it does a little more damage per shot than the Carnifex; but its offset with a slower rate of fire.
PS: Great stuff Bioware, if you release another one I'll happily throw down another $2 for a weapons pack like this. Next time, I'd love to see an Uber Avenger to go with my new Uber Vindicator, since my Soldier took the Widow over the Revenant, I could really use a nice fully automatic beast with a ton of ammo.
Also, have you guys considered giving the player another crack at Advanced Weapons Training as an end mission reward for beating the new Shadowbroker DLC? I still dream of being able to roll into battle with a Widow and a Revenant strapped to my Soldier's back.

I take it as a sign that free dlc over the cerberus network is no more...
Of course.
Well, at least for the next bit. They might release more Cerberus Network stuff later, to encourage more purchases of CN (for new players, likely buying used copies), but I don't think they'll be missions or anything - and if they are, they'd probably be of the type of Normandy Crash.
Just my guess.

Yeah that would be awesome....or at least patch it to where repeat playthroughs with same character gets additional weapon training. I can mod the weapons on my shepards but that doesn't add them to the weapon locker and I'd really like to be able to have them.

ps: Please, add more secondary functions like the laser in the pistol and the charged shot of the shotgun (for those who didn't know that, just push the shoot button for a while then release it)

True; but I don't like using the editor for equipping the Revenant since I have to mod each time I want to switch weapons and I consider the Revenant a situational weapon. Against Husks, Krogan and other charging enemies its a God send; but against entrenched Mercs or Collectors the Vindicator or this new Mattock Heavy Rifle definitely have the uperhand. The editor works a lot better for equipping the Widow though since that thing never leaves my side.
Still it would be convenient to be able to equip both weapons normally and a second shot at advanced weapons training is the only way less tech savvy players are going to be able to try that stuff out.

The Mattock's volley doesn't seem to work for me. I slowly press on the right trigger and when it's about half way down it just fires a single shot just as well as pressing fast. Am I missing something here?
Fire it like you fire a Viper Sniper Rifle. Just pulse the hell out of the trigger as fast as you can and it will unload as fast as you can pull the trigger. In fact I think it fires a good bit faster than the Viper can.

In your video, can I request you include a few things?
- What upgrades you have that are relevant to the Weapon
- What armor you're wearing
- Any evolved abilities that would affect DMG ?
- If you can, use a Vanguard, and charge the Geth Shotgun before using V's Charge ability, and then let lose

- Use squadmates that also have the weapon equipped (i.e. it would be cool to see Shep and 2 squadmates' 3 different M-5 Phalanx Blue lasers aiming at one enemy
)
