 When I click on the PC option to buy, it simply takes me back to the main ME2 site. I've tried on 2 browsers already. Help me give you my money!

seems a lot of people are having this issue. i've tried to download the pack using chrome, firefox, ie 32, and ie 64, on both my laptop and desktop, and I have had no luck. It just redirects me to the ME2 home page. It won't even let me go add more BW points, it redirects me to my social home page. People are trying to give you guys more money for the awesomeness!!! >_<

i think one of their servers is down, and their default code is to redirect to the ME2 page when it comes up with an incorrect link ending.

Having same problem, tried with Firefox Chrome and (ugh) IE.



Yesterday it went straight to the ME page from the PC link on the DLC, this morning I get to put my password in before I go to the ME page, so I guess thats a form of progress.



might this have anything to do with being in the UK?



Because of release dates etc?

No I'm in the US, I've been sitting in line for the past hour to try and get a hold of EA chat, but i opened another window and tried to get another spot in line, and it says their online chat closes at 9 PM CST. Which was like 5 hours ago.

After an hour of waiting, I get "The chat request has been canceled" weak.

So coming up on 24 hours to finally have someone from bioware say they are aware of the problem..so 7 to 10 working days for a fix?

Personally i think you guys need to make things easier to find on this site, when i first joined it was a nightmare trying to work out how to find,buy and download the DLC and i still struggle now when the games patched to actually find where to download the patches. The forums constantly log out my within seconds of logging in and this loop bug is not new!

Pretty annoyed this time be nice just for once to be able to get my hands on DLC when its released and not 40 years later ...../exagerated but annoyed sarcasm off

i went to the live chat...and they don't have any idea about this problem. The agent told me they would bring the problem up to the senior staff.
