Delete your browser cache, and cookies, and try again.

Right, it is NOT the browser that is the problem.

I have tried IE FF Chrome and also on my Iphone.

Also deleted cache and cookies on all 3 browsers.

Obviously some people are having this problem consistently, some are not.

There ARE other ways to get the DLC if we are unable to buy it .....

I really understand your grief, I'm there myself, but lets not go into "you've messed up, I'm going to pirate goods" mode. This just isn't the way. First, lets wait for the official statement that BW did or did not manage to deal with this ridiculousness. Cheers!

I wont be going down the piracy road, but others may.
99% of customer dissatisfaction with the situation could be solved by a little bit of communication, so we KNOW that its being looked into, and we dont feel that they are under the impression the problem is at our end.

Now when I try to purchase more Bioware Points instead of going to the main page it takes me to "The Story So Far" video. F*cking brilliant, Bioware. How is it you can program video games but you can't fix a simple link on your website in 48 hours?
