For now, if you can't fix it with the cool graphics, just put up a workaround in basic HTML. Screw the fancy floating windows and pop-up screens. Just make it possible to get to the DLC and buy it. The rest you can put up later when the initial demand for the content dies down. THAT should be your response. Cool graphics and clever windows are less important than the content, as far too many video game manufacturers fail to remember.

Come on guys this is a massive slap in the face for a loyal customer base here, it doesnt take THREE DAYS to sort out some HTML coding.
You might also want to show some basic respect to your paying fan base and at least have the decency to remark on this
Serioulsy considering not bothering with DLC in the future, dreading whats going to go wrong with the next release

You hit the nail on the head, that's exactly what the probem is ... coding.
What a shame.

Three days, and I'm seriously considering illegal downloads -.-
Maybe just download it now and buy when Bioware gets their sh*t together, cuz from the looks of things it might not even be fixed until next week since everyone is probably off for the weekend.

This isn't some HTML coding fix. Must be some server problem, and it has to do with the bioware points transfer and purchasing, finding a problem like this isn't as trivial as you may think, please be patient.

Pretty sure it's a server issue. Their site is coded to redirect you if you're trying to go to one of their links that does not exist. DLC is good money for them, not sure why they're taking their sweet time.

while the fix may not be as simple as i, or others think adding a basic alternative link for us to buy the points and download would be simplicity, so why not at least give us a temp option to get the DLC?
This is where Bioware are confusing me, theres a shed load of people here, moaning and complaining we cant get access to content we would BE PAYING EXTRA for.....boggles the mind!
