Oh and for the record this problem seems to be happening for the PC version, not the 360. I just clicked on the "buy MS Points" option and it took me right to the check out. PC version keep redirecting either to the front page or a video.

Software houses ignoring users who've bought shoddy games and complain about it is nothing new. But a software house apparently unable to fix content which would allow an unknown number of people to GIVE them more money is unheard of!

For now, if you can't fix it with the cool graphics, just put up a workaround in basic HTML. Screw the fancy floating windows and pop-up screens. Just make it possible to get to the DLC and buy it. The rest you can put up later when the initial demand for the content dies down. THAT should be your response. Cool graphics and clever windows are less important than the content, as far too many video game manufacturers fail to remember.

I guess we got the reminder that you can't spell Bioware without "EA".

Can't be! You too?! :D But seriously, I will not adopt such underhanded methods no matter what. It is still laughable that BioWare would make us wait for valid fix. I'm at a loss for words, really.

Seriously this is still not fixed?!

Come on guys this is a massive slap in the face for a loyal customer base here, it doesnt take THREE DAYS to sort out some HTML coding.

You might also want to show some basic respect to your paying fan base and at least have the decency to remark on this

Serioulsy considering not bothering with DLC in the future, dreading whats going to go wrong with the next release

Up until now I've purchased each one of the DLCs without any problem; this is a first shocking incident.

You hit the nail on the head, that's exactly what the probem is ... coding.

What a shame.

Maybe just download it now and buy when Bioware gets their sh*t together, cuz from the looks of things it might not even be fixed until next week since everyone is probably off for the weekend.

This isn't some HTML coding fix. Must be some server problem, and it has to do with the bioware points transfer and purchasing, finding a problem like this isn't as trivial as you may think, please be patient.

Pretty sure it's a server issue.  Their site is coded to redirect you if you're trying to go to one of their links that does not exist.  DLC is good money for them, not sure why they're taking their sweet time.

The least they could do is give us a heads up on this issue, all they've said is "We're aware of this issue". >_<

while the fix may not be as simple as i, or others think adding a basic alternative link for us to buy the points and download would be simplicity, so why not at least give us a temp option to get the DLC?

This is where Bioware are confusing me, theres a shed load of people here, moaning and complaining we cant get access to content we would BE PAYING EXTRA for.....boggles the mind!

Sorry folks, but we do not yet have a fix for this problem. I can say that it is not simple or we would have fixed it by now. It happens in very rare instances (sadly most of you are these cases), but that doesn't make it any less important.

We are continuing to work on this problem and as soon as we have a fix or more information, we will let you know.
