They've got an army of addicts here! I wouldn't be surprised if someone tried to sue for false advertisement
That's a troubling comment. Reminds me about the "I hope someone releases Anthrax into the vents at Bioware" comment when the Kasumi DLC was delayed, even though it was obviously a joke (or was it?).
I would like to encourage everyone to be patient. Do not allow your emotions to get the better of you: if you're in this forum, it's because you like Bioware's products. Don't do anything that would cause harm to Bioware (DLC piracy or otherwise).
Nobody wins from this problem, so it's obviously in their best interest to solve it as soon as possible. We don't know much about this problem, which is precisely the reason we shouldn't take desperate measures. Bioware is obviously aware of this and they know more than we do. If they don't provide us with more information about it, they probably have a good reason.
Also, don't be mad at the people working on this problem. The player community should be supportive. Yes, I'm sure some people are going to say "why should I be supportive when it's their job to provide support?" If that's what you think, then see it this way. Problems always arise, there's no way to avoid that fact. You flame the people providing support so they fix the problem: they lose, you win. Nobody enjoys having to work like that. I'm sure YOU wouldn't like having to work like that.
You provide assistance in any way (even if only through patience), they can work normally and perhaps even faster. They win, you win.
