Same problem. Made a new thread. Didnt see this one. Everyone says they are redirected to the home page though. My experience is by clicking buy firepower DLC for PC. page then asks for my password. I put in the password and page says its invalid. Ive checked all my passwords. I am certain they are right

Whinging like a 2 year old won't help, just simply say you have a problem as well.

Just a heads up though, I attempted to buy the dlc via the steam browser and it seems to start to load the checkout page, but then redirects to the main page after it attempts to go to the checkout page...

donno if that helps

Same thing here... and seeing some other threads from 8-9 months ago does not make feel like it's going to be fixed soon...

Well, considering that I bought the Aegis pack not two weeks ago without any snags it ought to be a recent change that causes the problem.

I found this thread by googling, it was among others on this same very website from the exact same issue happening 9 months ago.

So I guess they somehow fixed it meanwhile and then it got broken again.

It's irritating me greatly to be honest, if you try to be smart and make a system that isnt straight up "pay for DLC using CC" and coax people to buy more points than they actually need, at least try to make sure the goddamn system works fine...

well good on you guys who got it fixed ...the points store still crashes for me everytime I try to purchase points or update them here... was able to purchase Dragon Age DLC when it came out but never any ME2 stuff. Am still quite disappointed.. Chrome Firefox IE 8 (32 and 64 bit versions) all tried and died. win 7 64. Am not a very happy customer at the moment...and guys there is no way I am going to change the forum language to suit your lazy programmers needs. The only localization I have set is english language for the forums and I am living germany, please make it work.

whenever I get directed to that page for any DLC from ME 2 I get the infamous "Internet Explorer Cannot Display this Page" not matter what I try Posted Image

I'm also having the same problem. I purchased 800 points via the EA Store, but when I go to the Shadow Broker DLC page -> click Buy Now -> click PC, it redirects me to http://www.masseffect.com

Having the same problem. Thought it was a localization thing (I live and work in Japan but am an American) but perhaps not seeing as though all of you guys have the same problem. All of my previous CN codes worked (Firewalker, DA:O, Zaeed, etc) but now all I get is a redirect to masseffect.com and not even a button to press to buy points. What's up guys?

soooo after a clean Win 7 64 install, you know what??? IT STILL DOESNT WORK!!!!!

it really makes me wonder why it is only the ME2 DLC that doesnt work... DA:O and DA:A DLCs work great just on the ME 2 I cannot check out even having enough points. At this point ME 3?? I dont think so.....
