 I know there have been 1000 posts about installation trouble but I didn't seem to find my problem and if it was there I must have missed it.  I get to 72.5% of the installation and then it just stops and says the installation has failed because there is a missing file or the CD has been removed.  I feel like it is looking for information on the second CD but I never get a message telling me to put that CD in.  I read lots of posts about ways around the standard installation but I shouldn't have to do that.  Plus, as much as I know about computers I'm sure I would mess up trying runaround ways of installing.  Please help. Thanks.

EDIT: I gave in and tried one of the workarounds and found that my drive couldn't recognize the second disk even if the installation asked for it.  I guess this is where the trouble came for all the people that came the part to switch disks and nothing happened.  Still working on it, but some help would be appreciated.  Otherwise it's back to the store with the faulty disks.

As far as I remeber, most of the installation content is located within the second disk, not the first one. I think the first disk got you as far as 30% or so, then requested for the second.

I heard some people tried copying the entire disks into their hard drives and then ran the installation from there. I think it's worth a shot. If you do this, try looking for a setup file on the second disk as soon as the installation requests you to insert the second.
