I am desperately trying to find the Phylactery in the Ruins in the heart of the Brecilian Forest I have made it all the way to the Lady and I haven't seen the presence anywhere. I pretty much have scoured the entire right side of the ruins and all of the werewolf lair, where is it? All help will be appreciated.

Well if you made it to the Lady you have gone way too far?? Now maybe you can head back to the ruins and go through it again. Make sure you use your Tab Key when you enter smaller rooms, not everything is Sparkly and Shinny. Now as this is a Spoiler Forum all I can remember where it was, sometime right after doing the Fountain, Urn and Altar Quest before the Ghost Lady and Boy, (all from memory here) I remember going on top of a stairway, headed straight for a short walk, then turn right down a small staircase and you will find a darker corner of a room where it was, there is also a small broken Altar in that room as well. You will need to interact with it and ask your fellow companions their opinions.



And there is another one in a room just a couple of doors down opposite side of the wall. This is all before you reach the interactive water before heading down to meet the Lady. Hope this helps?

Yeah, I found the fountain and the altar, I haven't talked to my companions yet about what to do, thanks for the help.

Does anyone know what the combo to the altar is?

Fill the jug, set it on the altar, take a sip, pray, remove the jug, pour it back into the pond.



if memory serves me correctly that is.

But the item you are looking for is NOT in the section after the Altar, Urn and Fountain open's up the doors. It is after that section and quest area and not too far after that as you progress towards the water-pool to gain entry into the Lycan Section where the Lady of the Forest is. Just thought I would make that clear so you don;t look for it there my friend.
