It doesnt sound too impossible... A male asari could be created from a genetic mutaion... supposing it doesn't go too... mutated. Still possible if u twea around a few things =D

A male Asari would be umm strange IMO, And they probably have a hole down there otherwise Shepard wouldn't think at the end of his omance cene with Liara it was amazing, because i can't figure out how it would be amazing if there was nothing down there...
