I HATE this part of the game  its right up there with the IFF mission. Geez.

Ok rocking with Vanguard. Took claymore. Breezing through. Enter Scions and those damn Pratoerioans or w/e they're called.

WTF? I need a good how-to-kill-guide.  I take the heavy pistol, claymore, tempest, and I used the particle beam.....

Praetorians are boring, but easy. Just find cover - I use the pillars in the room fighting the Praetorian on the Collector Ship. Just fire whenever the Praetorian stops firing, be patient and it'll all be over soon.

Scions can be Charged, try to get your timing right - just Charge the moment the Scions use Shockwave. The Collector Beam is very effective against both.

I know one of em just has armor or shields... but they're just a b*** to take down.



Uhhh...how do you get the Cain? I've played ME2 3 times and still haven't gotten that

You can research the CAIN after 3 Heavy Weapon Upgrades, you can use CAIN pre Horizon if you like - get the HW upgrade during Freedom's Progress, buy one at Omega and help Zaeed (his loyalty mission) and follow the Paragon path (help the colonists) to get the third.

Hmmmm.....Ok the first 2 I can do... don't have DLC.... so to get the third?

You won;t be able to get the CAIN before Horizon without Zaeed, but you can still get it.

I never found Scions much of a threat tbh...



As for the Praetorian, just fight it more or less like this:





Personally I just do an anticlockwise loop. As mentioned in his video, the real threat in this fight is the Collector Drones shooting you in the back when you're on the ground level cover.
