I have to choice between Tali and Ashley and i think it will be Tali.

I feel like if you picked someone else in your second play-through then you probably have every intention on staying with the second person. Otherwise you wouldn't cheat.

Remained faithful to Ashley. I'm actually hoping to do a few playthroughs making different Love Interest choices. Will also playthrough Mass Effect 1 a few times before Mass Effect 3 is released, as I only have one ME1 save with Ashley romance.

well, the reason i choiced a new relationship was because i felt ash broke up with shep. But if she came back in ME3 i would have a hard time

Multiple playthroughs = Having cake and eating it too.



But every time I import a character who had a romance in ME1 I stayed loyal to it in ME2, except the first time when I accidentally started the Jack romance despite a relationship with Ashley, but when I realized I'd taken a wrong turn and Jack was getting a bit too serious to be friendly I just stopped talking to her, so I never got the climactic scene pre-SM.

For now I will stick with ME2 Tali but I may consider going back to Liara depending on where things go with her in the DLC and final chapter. Decisions, Decisions. Who will you choose?

Between Ashley and Jack i'd choose Ashley. Though i'd be worried how Jack would react to being dumped by Shepard.

Woah... How could you NOT want new LI's? I like the ones that already exist, but a few new ones couldn't really hurt. It's not like there's a limit to how many playthroughs you can do anyway!

I'm even playing through again without a love interest in the FIRST game so I can have Garrus and not be cheating.

Canon stayed loyal to Kaidan. I do have a different Shepard with a Thane romance (no ME1 romance) and plan on going for Garrus next playthrough. I'm not sure if I want to have a pre-existing relationship with Kaidan or Liara just to see what the "cheating" confrontation would look like in ME3 so I may just wait for the youtube videos.

After the way the ME1 LI acted on Horizon "Theres these giant bugs kidnapping everyone, they paralyzed me too you show up from the dead and start defending the colony and all I can do is whine about how Cerberus might be helping the bugs they just finished killing." They'd be lucky if I didnt shoot them in the face.
