I know the David said the females in DA2 now have their own bulid and animations and thing like that. I was just wondering does that also apply when holding weapons? Or do both male and female move the same while weapons are drawn? It's not a big thing just something I was curious about, that's all. Posted Image

I set up Leliana to dual wielding so she swung both ways.

I hope they run better. The female running animation looked a bit awkward.

Posted ImagePosted ImageDavid said that the weird female wedgie run is gone now.  That was the same post he said there were different models.

haha no, no. Warriors are still warriors male or female so I'm pretty sure they will kick as much butt as male warriors or rogues. I was just wondering how were the run animations wile holding a weapon. It would seem kind of odd ( although funny ) if females had their own run animation without the weapon but all of a sudden had a run animation like the males when a sword is drawn.

I think Dave mentioned something about females not having large hands anymore. I do hope they sit properly though, not wide their legs wide open like the blokes.

I didn't mind the sitting thing. That's actually how I sit so I felt better about it.

Glad they're fixing the run and the freakish man-hands through.

But how are you sure that they were telling you the truth when they said that?

I'm assuming the combat animations will be similar, but anatomically fit better to each sex. They shouldn't be drastically different I hope.

(eg. you hopefully won't see: male characters start twirling around like a ballerina in a battle while the female characters smash everything like they're Babe Ruth wielding a baseball bat, etc.)
