I used the promo Code i got from buying Dragon Age Origins to get Blood Dragon Armor. It only unlocked it for MassEffect 2 and not Dragon Age Origins.

Most of the DLCs for DA:O (including the armor) are not downloaded from this site. They should be downloaded and installed automatically in the game after you log in to the account for which you redeemed the code. You can follow the progress in the Downloadable Content tab.
