i keep being kicked from game     don't know why        graphics etc all seem ok      any ideas pls

You might need to go to the Technical help sections of the system you are playing on

patch version? I know 1.03 has a lot of crashing issues for some people. Supposedly the new one is even worse, I haven't personally dared to try it though.

Which is to say, try rolling back your patches and see if that helps.
