People have custom portraits now anyway...because they found a work around.

I tried this work around, which includes downloading a character generator for Dragon Age but I can't even start that program for some reason.

So it would be nice if the ability to upload your own avatar was avaliable here on the website...

Man, I REALLY wish they'd do this. I can't do the cheat workaround either, my videocard doesn't support the character generator program.

yea i woud love that too. i mean you can already upload pictures why not link one as an avatar.

I second this post. Also because you usually remember the avatar of someone you are talking to, and having 30 avatars in all the forum, always the same 30 avatars, makes each thread impossible to follow! It seems to me I am speaking with a certain person, instead they are in 5 but with the same avatar!

I, too, support the addition of a legit way for uploading custom avatars. I've tried to pick ones that few people have, but invariably I'll see a bunch of people with 4 yellow eyes staring intently.

I agree.

If they are worried about any sort of negatives in allowing us to upload avatars then they should implement some sort of approval system for after we have uploaded them.

Or patch that damn DA hole and keep rolling with it.
