Maybe Hawke could consume the spirit that keeps her alive to boost his own power?

if we get to see wynne in da2 shell only play a sideroll..... no lose, she always was a pain in the ass.
Why do people dislike her? She is a kind, motherly figure.

I like the idea of Hawke having all options available, be it anywhere from bringing her flowers to turning her into a table for all eternity.

I'm glad someone else made the Cumberland sausage reference. I can't think of Cumberland the DA place without thinking of sausages. It's most distracting.
Haha maybe it's because I'm not British but this makes it sound like some kind of innuendo.

A possible split from the Chantry for the mages would definitely be the type of event that could bring Thedas to the brink of war and it would be interesting to see where Wynne wouldstand on such an issue

I would hate for her to be just a side roll though.

I think sausages are good innuendo material in general. Some of the UK's most famous comedians have had entire routines based on saveloys and chipolatas! Though as they go, the Cumberland is a strange one, cos it's round.

Wynne would have a lot of influence with the College of Magi, given her possible role in the defeating of the Archdemon and the Blight, as well as having a close relationship with King Alistair of Ferelden (if you chose that path).

Is this the thing that goes with the sausage?
Sorry, last sausage comment, I promise. I clearly don't get out enough

I'm glad you said famous and not finest, bread roll with sausage is optional as is any ambiguity to be found therein.
Anyone have any ideas as to where Wynne would stand in possible break from the Chantry?

she's self righteous, condescending and passive aggressive. So yes, very motherly in fact.

Her view that the Circles should be under the heel of the Chantry is a big reason. She lost a son, an apprentice and her freedom to the Chantry, but has no problem with their authoritarian attitude towards the mages. It's why she asks you for help in Awakening, to help keep the Circles from gaining their independence (I'm guessing she probably hated it when a Mage Warden asks for the Magi royal boon for the Ferelden Circle).

I was talking of the war that could break out due to the Chantry and Mages, at the time the Warden was too caught up with the Darkspawn to see more into it and from the looks of it, Hawke may have to deal with this issue, I would like a war with the Chantry and Mages.
I'd like to be instrumental in causing and resolving that war, to the point where one side wins only through pyrrhic victory for Hawke to step in and assume total power and dominion over all of Thedas.

but if you think about all the blood mages, abnominations, likely unethical research what would happen without some authority watching over the Circle then you should realize that she is right with her worries
