I'm looking for a way to display a character portrait as a picture in game, say as a hanging picture on a wall.
I want to be able to alter what picture is displayed through script, but I'm at a loss if it's even possible. The only way I know of displaying objects is if they are alreay defined in the 2da's, but then no way to alter the image placed upon it.

Short Answer; It is not possible.
Work Around; Make an object that has that pic on it but that is a lot of placeable objects.

I've thought of that. What I'm after is an ingame way to view and select character portraits easily. Not throught any messy conversation.
I was thinking of a picture that changed when you pressed a button, bit it seems there's no way to dynamically change the image on a picture. I can alter the portrait resref, but that required examining the picture each time it's changed to view the new image.

What about useable painting placeable that would show its description at OnClick with PC portrait?

Thats what I currently have. Each time it's clicked the Examine window pops up showing the next portrait. It's semi decent, but it would be far nicer if it could be done to a picture on the wall. No popus or anything.
